We had to contest the charge to our card for reservations that you cancelled 3 times. Now, no communication or response from a closed office. Very unprofessional. If you ever get back up and running, you will have a difficult time overcoming the way this situation was handled. To other posters...put any charges you have into contest with your card companies. This is the only resolution to this mishandled situation.

I reserved 10 seats on New years Eve 4:30 dinner cruise. Have been trying to reach you to confirm everything and am unable to reach you. your mailbox is full. I heard rumored that you are still in dry dock... need update that we may make other plans if we are unable to sail with you. This would be my 8th year of sailing with you on NY Eve. We paid $130.02 just days before you closed your doors. I KNOW you knew about this... and didn't say anything. I am very disappointed by this type of fraud. We were using this as a Christmas present because we wouldn't be in town. In the past, you even knew our names from prior sailings. It would have been nice-- to NOT accept our money (knowing), just days latter, you would close the doors. What a bad way to end a memory.

We enjoyed our first trip on the Rivership Romance so much we treated our son's wedding party to a lunch sailing. We heard many compliments.
I was sad to learn the Rivership Romance needs work which is too costly to allow the operation to continue.
I very much hope the owner can secure another suitable boat. The entire staff is first-rate and the sailing is very pleasant. Good luck, folks.
