Rivership Romance Menu:

Below is a sample menu for either regularly scheduled lunch or dinner cruises. The Sunday Brunch is different in that there is an additional buffet of breakfast items, and then the lunch. While this menu is typical of the menu on all our regularly schedule cruises, the actual recipes will change from time to time to take advantage of seasonal foods, but there will always be a variety from which to choose.

All fare onboard the Romance is prepared to order from the freshest ingredients in our ship's gourmet galley. We strive to make your meal as wonderful as the rest of your trip. Your entrees are preceded by salad, rolls & butter, accompanied by vegetables, and followed by dessert. 

Please note that the menu is subject to change by chef’s choice to take advantage of seasonal items that will keep our menu at its’ freshest.

Celery City Tilapia
Succulent Tilapia filet, lightly coated in a panko style breading, baked golden and topped with a house-made lemon and thyme aioli
Colonel Jesup”s Pork Tenderloin
Fresh pork tenderloin marinated with a savory blend of soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar and herbs, then finished with a refreshing pineapple chutney
Chicken St. John
Fresh chicken breast, marinated, roasted perfectly, then sliced into medallions and served with a house-made lime, sesame and ginger glaze
Seasonal Vegetables with Penne
Roasted seasonal vegetables tossed with penne pasta and a light fresh herb and vegetable jus reduction
Top Sirloin Cap Steak
Fresh, lean and tender…marinated in red wine, whole-grain mustard and house seasonings, topped with a pan-jus.
 

Certain entrees served with fresh hot vegetables and potato followed by seasonal deserts.

Fresh tilapia filet, seasoned and broiled perfectly, topped with a medley of roasted summer vegetables, incl. squash, zucchini, kalamata olives and onions tossed with fresh herbs
Fort Mellon Pork
resh roasted pork tenderloin medallions, finished with a black currant glaze
Celery City Chicken
Fresh chicken breast, marinated, roasted Bronzed chicken cutlets topped with our house-made fresh herb pesto.
Seasonal Vegetables with Penne
Roasted seasonal vegetables tossed with penne pasta and a light fresh herb and vegetable jus reduction
Colonial Jesups Cap Steak
Fresh cap steak cook to order and finished with a caper-balsamic vinaigrette.
